Diaries of Robins Toys Series - Clarence the Camel Book By Ken Lake and Angie Lake

Ken Lake and his daughter Angie start writing in the summer of 2009. The first book for his grandsons Ryan and Mikey. The first book is Grandad and the Magic Glasses. He is very talented and he wrote intelligently. Angie is also writing a set of five books for a slightly older age group for the same publisher. I have also completed another set of ten children's book based on ponies and people at a livery yard. This set will target younger children with an interest in ponies. So you can see why Ken and Angie have been labelled; one of the most successful and prolific father and daughter co-author partnerships writing today.

Clarence theCamel is the one of the novel in the Diaries of Robins Toys series. This series is particularly for kids and this is the story all about Robin and his grandad. His grandpa buys gifts at every weekend. Robin and with the help of grandpa's magic spell, they bring them to life. Each toy has a fascinating new story to tell Robin, and helps to teach him some very important life lessons.

The story is all about Robin and his camel Clarence. This is to intelligence and top racing camel. Robin trained camel for racing. He is the fastest camel in the desert. Clarence selected for special racing and participated in so many races. Robin friends try to stop his things. What happened next and how he commit to memory fast to be other self-deprecating and not show off to his friends, who might not be as lucky and talented as himself.

As much as we want our kids to be the best at everything, you can t always have this. And sometimes children are under the impression that they are better than other children. Clarence the Camel perfectly depicts this particular situation with a loving tale about a camel that gets ahead of himself and ends up feeling humiliated.

If you want to subtly teach your child that their skills and abilities should not be made a show of, then this is the perfect book! It will encourage them to think before showing off, and that that even if they are not the best at what they want to do, their skills will always shine in other areas of their lives.
